Whose functions will include:
- Developing and reviewing a Strategic Plan for the club
- Producing a Financial Strategy and Business Plan
- Approving the monthly reports of the Development Committees
- Monitoring & reviewing targets performance and direction.
- Representing the dub at Ulster Branch and AIL committee level.
- Trawling, interviewing, appointing and appraising the performance of all paid employees.
- Implementing the complaints and disciplinary procedures
- Monitoring the Equality and Child Protection Schemes.
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEES
The Operational functions of the club shall be in the hands of three Development Committees each managed and convened by a Vice Chairman.
